1. Definitions
 

• Platform : www.mohamedmokhtarhawas.com  and its services.

• Client: Any user requesting legal services.

• Lawyer/Consultant: Verified lawyers registered on the platform.

• Administration: The management operating the platform.

• Service: Any legal consultation, drafting, reviewing, or template provided.

2. Nature of Services
 

The platform provides:

• Legal consultations

• Drafting of memoranda & petitions

• Contract drafting and reviewing

• Ready-made legal templates

• Custom legal documents

• Debt collection services

• Court representation (separate engagement only)

• Lawyer registration and verification.
  None of the services constitute representation unless a separate Legal Engagement Agreement is signed.

3. Lawyer Registration.
 

• Lawyers must submit accurate information and upload required documents.

• Lawyers cannot edit their data after approval unless formally requested.

• Lawyer access is limited to:
  ✔ Responding to clients
  ✔ Providing assigned services.
  The platform may suspend or terminate a lawyer’s account for violations.

​3.1 WhatsApp Communication

​

• By submitting your information through our forms, you expressly consent to being contacted via WhatsApp regarding legal services.

• Your phone number will be used solely for providing legal services and not for any marketing purposes.

• Your number will not be shared with any third party without your consent.

 

4. Client Document Submission.
 

Clients confirm that:

• All information submitted is accurate.

• Legal analysis is based solely on provided data.

• Any false or misleading documents release the platform from all liability.

5. Payments.
 

• All payments are made electronically through Stripe or another approved gateway.

• Card data is not stored on the platform.

• Fees are non-refundable after work begins.

• The platform may decline incomplete requests.
  Payment constitutes acceptance of service terms.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
 

• All payments are processed through secure, authorized electronic payment gateways compliant with PCI-DSS standards.

• Payments may be made using credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or any additional methods introduced by the Platform in the future.

5.2 Commencement of Work
 

• A service request shall be deemed accepted only after:

  • Full payment has been received, and

  • The Platform confirms acceptance of the request and commencement of work.

5.3 Non-Refundable Fees
 

Due to the nature of legal services, which involve professional expertise, time, and effort expended immediately upon commencement, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable in any of the following cases:

• After work has commenced on the request

• After reviewing any documents provided by the Client

• After providing any legal analysis, review, or preliminary preparation

• If the Client delays providing required information or fails to proceed

• If the request is closed at the Client’s own request

No refunds shall be issued even if the Client:

• Is dissatisfied with the outcome

• Decides to cancel the request

• Changes their decision after payment

• Provides incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information

5.4 No Guarantee of Results
 

Payment guarantees the provision of professional legal services only and does not guarantee any specific judicial or administrative outcome, as results are subject to the discretion of competent courts and authorities.

5.5 Technical Payment Issues
 

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect charge, the matter shall be reviewed only after:

• Submission of official proof from the bank or payment provider, and

• Internal record verification.

Such review may take 5 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5.6 Invoices and Taxes
 

• Official invoices shall be issued upon successful payment.

• All fees may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (if any), in accordance with UAE laws.

• The Platform reserves the right to amend its pricing at any time without prior notice; however, such changes shall not affect services already paid for.

6. Service Delivery Time.
 

Estimated delivery:

• Consultations: 24–48 hours

• Drafting work: based on complexity

• Urgent documents: by special agreement .
  Delays may occur if data is incomplete.

7. Liability.
 

The platform:

• Provides professional legal drafting

• Does not guarantee any court outcome

• Is not responsible for misuse of delivered documents

• Is not responsible for incorrect client information

8. Legal Templates.

​

• Sold “as-is”

• Not a substitute for personalized advice

• Customization is billed separately

9. Prohibited Use.

​

Users may not:

• Misuse services

• Upload harmful files

• Register with false data

• Scrape or extract content

• Copy or distribute templates illegally .
  The platform may suspend violators without notice.

10. Intellectual Property.

​

All content, templates, documents, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of:

Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

11. Service Termination.

​

The platform may suspend or terminate service for:

• Misuse -  Policy violation - Providing false information .

12. Refund Policy.

​

• No refunds after work begins

• If the platform cannot complete the service, the full amount is refunded within 7 days

13. Governing Law.

​

UAE:

These terms are governed by UAE Federal Laws and the regulations of IFZA.

Egypt:

Governed by Egyptian civil laws and legal practice regulations.

Disputes are handled through:

• UAE Courts for UAE clients

• Egypt Courts for Egypt clients

 

14. Amendments.

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use equals acceptance.

 

15. Limitation of Liability .

​

15.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes
The platform provides professional legal services according to best practices. However, the platform does not guarantee any judicial or administrative outcome, as such results are subject to the authority of courts and relevant authorities.

15.2 Responsibility for Provided Information
Legal analysis and document drafting rely solely on the information and documents provided by the client.
The platform is not liable if the information is:

• Incomplete

• Incorrect

• Or if relevant facts were withheld

15.3 Client’s Use Liability
The platform shall not be responsible for any damage resulting from:

• Improper use of the documents by the client

• Using documents for purposes other than intended

• Modifications made by the client or any third party

15.4 Liability for Delays
The platform is not liable for delays caused by:

• Late responses or submission of information by the client

• Technical failures or internet outages

• Force majeure events

16. Service Suspension .

​

The platform may, at its sole discretion:

• Suspend the account

• Cancel the request

• Refuse service

in the following cases:
✔ Misuse of the platform
✔ Providing false or misleading information
✔ Attempting to exploit the platform illegally
✔ Requesting services that violate UAE law or legal professional ethics
✔ Non-compliance with the platform terms .
Clients are not entitled to a refund in these cases.

17. Document Submission and Correspondence .

17.1 Accuracy of Documents
The client confirms that all submitted documents are original and accurate, and that they have the legal capacity to provide them.

17.2 Document Retention
The platform may retain documents for the period required by law or for record-keeping purposes, after which they will be securely deleted.

17.3 Electronic Communication
Any communication conducted via:

• Official email

• Official WhatsApp

• Website chat system .
  is considered official and valid for service purposes.

18. Intellectual Property .

​

All legal content, including:

• Legal memoranda

• Petitions

• Contracts

• Templates

• Consultations

• Materials published on the website

are the intellectual property of Mohamed Hawas Legal Consultants FZ LLC.

It is prohibited to:

✘ Resell
✘ Publish

without prior written permission.

19. Lawyer Memberships .

​

19.1 Registration
Lawyers provide their personal and professional credentials, which are reviewed and verified before approval.

19.2 Approval
After approval, lawyers select a subscription type and pay the applicable fees.

​

19.3 No Modification
Lawyers may not modify their information after registration unless requested in writing to the administration.

19.4 Lawyer Access within Platform
Lawyer permissions are limited to:
✔ Responding to clients

They are not permitted to:
✘ Change prices
✘ Modify website content
✘ Access payment data
✘ View information outside their consultation scope

20. Disclaimer .

​

All services provided by the platform are considered:

• Legal advice

• Drafting

• Document preparation

They do not constitute court representation unless a separate legal agreement or official power of attorney is signed.

21. Governing Law .

​

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes shall lie with the UAE courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

22. Language Clause.

​

In case of any discrepancy between different language versions of these Terms, the Arabic version shall prevail.

Lawyer-Specific Terms .

1. Legal Relationship

1.1The participating lawyer is a completely independent party and not an employee or agent of Mohamed Hawas Legal Consultants FZ LLC or the platform.

1.2 Platform Non-Liability
Any agreement or relationship between the client and the lawyer does not bind the platform in any way.

2. Limited Liability

​

2.1 Lawyer Responsibility
The lawyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the legal advice provided and the correctness of documents prepared.

2.2  Platform Disclaimer
The platform bears no responsibility for errors, omissions, or legal outcomes arising from the lawyer’s services.

3. Platform Permissions

​

3.1 Scope of Permissions
The lawyer’s permissions on the platform are limited to:

• Responding to client inquiries

• Providing legal consultations

• Reviewing documents as per client requests

3.2 Restricted Permissions
The lawyer is prohibited from:

• Modifying prices or website content

• Accessing payment or billing information

• Modifying client data beyond their consultation scope

 

4. Membership & Payments

4.1 Membership
The lawyer agrees to pay the membership fees to use the platform and access clients.

​

4.2 Renewal & Cancellation
All memberships are automatically renewed unless the lawyer formally cancels.

 

5. Compliance

​

The lawyer must comply with all applicable laws and professional regulations in their practicing jurisdiction, whether UAE or Egypt.

 

6. Dispute Handling

​

Any dispute between the client and the lawyer does not involve the platform or Mohamed Hawas Legal Consultants FZ LLC in any way.

 

7. Additional Disclaimer

​

The lawyer acknowledges that the platform is merely a facilitator for communication with clients and does not provide any warranties regarding the quality of legal advice or outcomes.

23. User consent to the processing and storage of personal data for legal service purposes.
