The Platform provides services including:

Drafting of memoranda and petitions
Contract drafting and review
Ready-made legal templates
Custom legal documents
Debt collection services
Lawyer registration and verification
None of the services provided constitute court representation unless a separate Legal Engagement Agreement or official Power of Attorney is executed.
2️⃣ Payments - Refund Policy
Payments & Fees
All payments are processed through secure and approved electronic payment gateways (e.g., Stripe).
Card details are not stored on the Platform.
A service request is considered accepted only after:
Full payment has been received
The Platform confirms acceptance and commencement of work
Due to the professional nature of legal services, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Payment guarantees the provision of professional legal services only and does not guarantee any specific judicial or administrative outcome.
Refund Policy
No refunds shall be granted after work has commenced.
If the Platform is unable to complete the requested service, the full amount will be refunded within 7 days.
3️⃣ Client Responsibilities - Liability
Clients confirm that:
All submitted information and documents are accurate and complete
Legal analysis is based solely on the information provided
The Platform shall not be liable for incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information.
Service Delivery
Estimated delivery times:
Consultations: 24–48 hours
Drafting services: depending on complexity
Delays may occur if required information is incomplete.

Membership fees are non-refundable and may automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the Platform policy.
Lawyers must comply with all applicable laws and professional regulations in their practicing jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
Communication & WhatsApp Consent
By submitting any form through the Platform, users expressly consent to being contacted via official email or WhatsApp strictly for legal service purposes.
Such communication shall not be considered marketing.
User Consent
Users consent to the processing and storage of personal data for legal service purposes.
