Qualifications & Experience
Mohamed Hawas holds a Bachelor of Law from Cairo University (2001), along with three professional certifications in International Contract Documentation, International Commercial Arbitration, and Human Skills Development — all from Cairo University.
With over 25 years of legal experience spanning Egypt (1999–2011) and the UAE (2011–present), Mohamed Hawas has held senior legal roles across multiple jurisdictions, including Legal Affairs Director at Delma Cooperative Society, Legal Consultant at Dr. Shaker Maatouq Law Office in Abu Dhabi, Criminal and Personal Status Consultant at Talal Al Tamimi Law Office, and Office Manager at Younes Al Bloushi Law Office in Sharjah (2020–2022).
He is currently the founder and managing director of Mohamed Hawas Legal Consultants, operating in Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai, and holds the title of Cassation and Supreme Constitutional Court Lawyer in Egypt.
