Payments are processed through authorized third-party providers such as Stripe and Paymob or any future approved payment provider.

The Platform does not store bank card details. All payment data is processed in accordance with applicable security standards, including PCI DSS.

5. Technical Data

Including:

IP address

Device type

Browser information

Cookies

Usage and analytics data

Purpose of Collection

Data is collected strictly for:

  • Operating and managing the Platform

  • Providing and administering Services

  • Verifying Legal Professionals

  • Processing payments

  • Improving performance and user experience

  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations

B. How We Use Your Data

Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary and for legitimate purposes, including:

  • Providing legal Services (including document drafting and legal review)

  • Managing service requests and communications

  • Verifying Legal Professionals’ identity and qualifications

  • Processing payments and issuing invoices

  • Maintaining and improving Platform functionality

  • Complying with applicable laws and regulatory requirements

Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes without prior explicit consent.

C. Data Sharing

Personal data may be disclosed only where necessary and for legitimate purposes, including:

  • To payment service providers (such as Stripe and Paymob) for payment processing

  • To competent governmental or regulatory authorities where required by law

  • To authorized Legal Professionals involved in providing the requested Service, only to the extent necessary for providing the requested Service

  • To technical service providers (e.g., hosting or analytics providers) bound by confidentiality obligations

The Platform does not sell, rent, or trade personal data under any circumstances.
